L’oscar Hotel London has been awarded Europe’s ‘Leading New Boutique Hotel’ at the World Travel Awards (WTA).
The brands within Europe were announced at the gala ceremony in Maderia. The event is attended by many of the biggest names in the travel industry.
Michael Voight, general manager at L’oscar Hotel London, commented: “We are delighted to have received the award of Europe’s ‘Leading New Boutique Hotel 2019’ presented during the World Travel Awards last week. The team is thrilled and L’oscar is going from strength to strength.”
L’oscar, which was inspired by Oscar Wilde, is the first Jacques Garcia-designed hotel in London and opened its doors back in September 2018. The Grade II-listed building, a former headquarters of the Baptist church, has been converted into a 39-bedroom hotel that has been restored.
L’oscar says it is a place to both stay and play, with a diverse offering of restaurants, cafes, bars and leisure spaces making it a popular destination for guests.
Room prices start from £450 per night.
